How to opt in
You may opt-in by sending CONFIRMATION to SC 82020 to obtain order and shipping information. Frequency varies by user. You may opt-in by sending PROMO to SC 82020 for promotional messages. Frequency varies by user. You may opt-in by texting the keyword “GLASSES” or “REORDER” to 82020. 4 messages/order. You may also opt-in by sending an MMS prescription to 82020 to place an order for eyeglasses. 4 messages/order. You may opt-in to the Chat service by texting “INFO” where a user can chat with an agent who can assist with any order questions. Frequency depends on the user’s response.
How to opt out
To opt-out from our SMS service you can text “STOP” to the short code 82020 from your mobile phone. You will be unsubscribed from the text program. You will receive one SMS that confirms you have successfully opted-out. After that you will receive no more messages for this system until you opt-in again.
