Very very happy with my new glasses and thankful for customer service! They made this process so easy!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liingo and my Monroe glasses. I chose the purple color and they look just like online. The virtual try on was so helpful. My prescription is perfect and this is the first time EVER I didn't need to have a pair of new glasses adjusted to fit my face.

I just received the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered. This is the first time I've purchased glasses from an online company. I am amazed. Both frames look great on me. Quality is excellent (love those spring hinges!) I was really skeptical that Liingo would get my PD measurement correct and that my progressive RX would be accurate. I expected that I would return 1 or both pairs because they didn't look good or the RX didn't seem right. NOPE- I love them both! The RX is perfect and the best part is that neither frame needed any adjusting whatsoever. This is the first time I can remember putting on a pair of new glasses and having them feel perfectly comfortable. I would highly recommend the product and overall experience. Now the tough part will be deciding which ones to wear :)

I love my new glasses and I am beyond impressed with Liingo's customer service. The home try-on was super easy and fun, these were definitely my favorite but when I ordered them and got the real thing the coloring on the frame was darker (there's variation in the brown and each one is a little different) and didn't look as good on me. I emailed customer service and they hand-picked a lighter frame and completely remade them for free, and somehow managed to send them out the very same day. This was my first time ordering glasses online and I ordered from both here and a different website -- these were significantly more expensive, but they are noticeably higher quality, and still quite a bit less than I've ever spent at the optometrist. I expect I will be back the next time I need new glasses!

I was very skeptical about ordering glasses online but decided to go ahead and give it a try (I had just ordered contacts from 1800 contacts and they sent me straight to the liingo eyewear site )… I could say lots of good things about the whole process but the economic value was probably wet let me to give it a try and I even got the extra good lenses and still paid barely over $100 for the whole order and I love my glasses! The only thing I would say is that I wish they were a little bit tighter and or did not move as easily when I bend over and things like that but considering everything was done online, it was much more amazing (and better fit, style, type of lenses, customer service, etc.) than my most recent experience at a major chain of glasses/vision services store! I definitely plan to order glasses from this company again!

I wanted new glasses, but now was "quarantined". So, I took a chance on Liingo. I'm so glad I did. It was so easy. And their prices are great. Not to mention that the glasses came when they said they would and they are perfect!! Thank you, Liingo, for getting me the glasses I needed!!

I used a promo code from 1-800-contacts to purchase a spare pair of glasses for $59! They came in quickly and are perfect for me. It was easy to choose frames with their face shape recommendations and I highly recommend this product. I'm very pleased with the quality of these single vision glasses.

I was hesitant to order glasses online as I always have trouble finding a pair that I like, but the virtual try on is awesome. When I made my initial order I messed up the prescription and had to return them. After I submitted the correct prescription I was sent a prepaid return label and my remake was started all at the same time. I had my new glasses within 48 hours of requesting them. I am super impressed with their kind and efficient customer service. I will definitely be using them again.
